I’ve spent the last decade connecting capital, culture and creativity. From establishing the first boarding school in the GCC and scale to South East Asia within a 3 year period to bringing to life a tribute to Mario Testino bridging the art world with new markets, I worked across several industries, from education to semiconductors, in Europe, USA and the Middle-East.
I’ve also raised equity for Entrepreneurs in Europe and North America. My network of family offices, UHNWI and specialised funds is global and I work with founders and non-profit who wish to take their company or charity to new heights.
Guided by a lifelong passion for the arts, I introduce collectors to museums, galleries, and select buyers, providing bespoke art advisory and collection services backed by a strong network within family offices, UHNWIs, and the art ecosystem.
I speak German, English, French, Spanish and I live between the UAE and Switzerland.

Bulk of my industry experience is in services where human capital is often the “product”. I’ve opened new markets for a public listed company and designed winning teams at an independent digital agency leveraging the power of digital nomads and remote teams before zoom was a way of life. I worked for start-ups, owner/founder operated SMB/SME and public listed companies, in Europe, Asia and the middle East.
I’ve interviewed 600 candidates and selected more than 50 CEOs through acquisition in Europe and North America as part of an innovative Private Equity firm based on Search Funds. Targeting succession issues in SME, I’ve focused my practice in the last 5 years on which skill set, leadership qualities and personal drivers and derailers make a great new generation of owners and leaders across a wide range of industries, sectors and geographies.
I also support executives navigating career transitions, from redefining their professional direction to preparing for new leadership or ownership opportunities, with a structured, insight-driven approach.
I speak French, German and English and am a Hogan certified consultant.
An engineer by trade, I like to solve problems.
I am currently the COO of a Management Buy-In program based in Switzerland.
